A little bit about me~

I didn't get into Harvardā¦.but I DO have a Doctorateš„
and I am MORE HAPPY and make MORE MONEY in a DAY as a Transformational Life Coach and Business Mentor than I did in a MONTH working as a Physical Therapist.
Oh, and Iām UNcertifiedš£, have created a 6 figure personal brand online, and am creating multiple 5 figure months in my boutique coaching practice coaching 2-3 days a week.š„
(ok, I didn't even apply to Harvardš, but I really DO have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy that I used for 14 years...and SO much of what I learned about the brain, nervous system & body applies to the work I do with my clients in coachingā¦like a fun little BONUS you get when you hire me)
In 4 years, Iāve not had a single person ask if I was a certified coach before signing with me.Ā Maybe thatās why most of my multiple 6 & 7 figure mentors have been uncertified, too

Of course.
But aligned work doesnāt feel like āworkā.Ā
(Sounds cliche but it's so so so freaking true. I have literally felt retired since I launched my coaching business in June of 2021ā¦but I've worked & studied MORE than I ever did as a PT (& I worked HARD to earn my Doctorate. HARD AF)Ā
So whyyyy doesn't coaching & mentorship and building my business feel like work?????Ā
Because I fucking LOVE what I do.
I'm obsessed. It's so damn aligned for me it's disgusting. LOL. Not really. It's DELICIOUS.Ā
(I just love how the Peloton instructors say āit's disgustingā for "it's amazing" šš)
I keep learning & expanding because I WANT to.
I LOVE investing in continuing education and mentorship and masterminds and in my own coaching (I used to HATE spending money on my continuing ed for PT, and I DIDN'T want to learn anything more than I had toā¦that shoulda taught me something YEARS agoā¦but I ignored all of my inner guidance back then ;)Ā Ā
Listen, I love what I do so damn much thatĀ my biggest āworkā has been creating intentional balance and alignmentĀ between being a coach and mentorā¦and being simply ME..a limitless Soul, and a wife, a mom of 3 incredible kids, a daughter, a sister and a friend.Ā
So, if you are exhausted. If your work feels boring AF. If you know you are meant for more. If you have created success but you feel like you are on the edge of your next level of expansion, alignment and freedom. If you get the Sunday scaries, if you are ātoleratingā what you're doing and if you're āwaiting for a better timeā to do the thing~
it's likely not the work itself that has you exhausted.Ā

itās the *resistance* that you unconsciously hold & the misaligned energy you are moving in that is sucking your Soul, making you feel like youāre in quicksand instead of elevating you upward in success, pleasure, impact & moneyā¦ NOT the effort itself.š„
So if a doctorate degree or being certified or perfect timing doesnāt really matter, what DOES matter?

(you could keep āfailing ahead of timeā by not even trying or telling yourself things are good enough and you should just be grateful for what you have to avoid the feelings of disappointment, rejection & failureā¦OR you could be brave AF, jump off the cliff & build your wings on the way down.Ā
