These 7 habits helped me move from being someone who was successful on the outside but feeling unfulfilled & bored on the inside... to me stepping into a life that felt passionate, purposeful, intentional, meaningful, fun and aligned in a way my life had never felt before. The first 6 habits will look familiar to you, and you may have some thoughts about your own habits, what you love and are proud of, and what you want to change. But, even though I had a lot of "good habits" (1-6)...before I incorporated habit # 7 into my life something always felt like it was missing DESPITE the action I was taking and the attention I was paying to my habits. I was fit, strong, ate healthfully, had a good career, meditated, had good sleep habits, had plenty of time to be with my 3 kids at home working part time as a Physical Therapist in the schools...but even with that.. I didn't have the relationship I wanted with my partner, I was overwhelmed with the invisible mom load at home, I was secretly resentful & bored with my life & job. Discovering, practicing and integrating habit #7 into my life changed everything. This episode is an invitation to look at your life, your habits & your current results- not with criticism but with a curiosity and openness. Notice what comes up for you as you listen...and ponder how adding habit #7 could change your life. Then, lovingly feel into how you are being called to rise up in this moment into your POTENTIAL by welcoming what comes through for you. What are you willing to be wrong about?
