Law of Least Effort & creating ELEVATED results with 'less doing' and more BEING

If you are someone that is used to working hard to create the results you've created, if you find yourself always 'doing more', if you feel the need to explain yourself, prove yourself, or get permission...there is another way... and part of that is incorporating the Law of Least Effort.
In this episode, I share an example from my own story of being a high achiever, and having created most of the results in my life from "extra effort", not LEAST effort. It's not that "extra effort" doesn't 'work', but it created sneaky burnout, overwhelm and resentment on the inside, even when on the outside it looked like everything was going swell.
It took me getting my own coaching and implementing a new way of Being (NOT more 'doing') to realize that it didn't have to feel so hard, that I was enough, and that my life could be 'perfect' yet not complete.
