28. Let Them Be Confused: The Truth-Telling That Makes You Magnetic to 10x More Aligned Premium Clients With 10x Less Effort
Some days I'm wiping away tears on my walk, writing poetry in my head about something tender I'm not ready to say out loud. Other days I'm in the harvest, watching tangible results drop in and feeling like a creative genius in my life and marriage and business.
Both are me.
And the most uncomfortable moment I know is realizing when I've been showing up as only one of them (not allowing myself to be expressed in my fullest range), honoring who I've been while quietly refusing to step into who I've become, because some people will feel threatened by her, or judge her, or misunderstand.
I've realized though after years of doing the inner work... the one who feels most threatened and judged, is me. My old self. The identity I am about to release so that I can fully become who is I feel pulled to be. And it's always an invitation to go deeper. To notice. To witness. And to be with myself in the discomfort of new clarity from radical self honesty.
If you've ever caught yourself performing an older version of you for your clients, your partner, even your kids, because the new one feels too exposed, too tender, too confusing, this episode is for you.
You've built something real. You've built a capacity that your 20 and 30 year old self would give her left foot for. You sign clients, your offers sell, you've moved through different seasons and iterations of your business...and from the outside it looks like you've arrived.
But if you're radically honest with yourself, you don't feel fully alive or free inside your success.
So you do what high performers do. You buy another strategy, another course, another room, and you wait for the next move to feel comfortable before you make it.
In this episode, I share why that comfort never comes, and why no strategy will hand you the aliveness you're craving.
That only shifts when the inner work catches up to the life you've built.
I recorded this on Day 4 of a visibility challenge inside SHE WHO MOVES Collective, and it became a teaching on the part of coherence nobody wants to talk about: the leap, and everything that has to shed after it.
**In this episode, you'll learn:**
- Why visibility has nothing to do with posting more, and everything to do with letting your full range be seen
- The difference between leaning into your edge and actually leaping, and why most successful women stop at the lean
- What "forced frequency" is telling you when your business feels heavy, and how to move into pull (your freedom frequency)
- Why the 90% of the journey spent in the liminal middle decides your results more than the 10% that feels like harvest
- How to stay clear and coherent when your clients, your partner or your family don't understand who you're becoming
- What truth-telling looks like in your marriage, your body, your money and your motherhood, with a look inside my own 18+ year marriage
- Why you'll sign more aligned premium clients with less effort once who you're being matches what you want
**Beliefs you may still be holding on to that this episode will challenge:**
- "I need a better strategy." (You likely need a cleaner signal.)
- "I'll make the move once it feels comfortable." (The discomfort is the doorway, and it doesn't leave first.)
- "If people are confused by me, I'm doing something wrong." (Their confusion is often proof you're evolving.)
- "I can do this inner work on my own." (Sure. You can. You can lean in alone. But the leap, and what unravels after it, asks to be held.)
**The identity you'll be invited into:**
The woman who is so clear and coherent that she no longer needs everyone to understand her. She lets her business be built around a rich, alive life. She moves from desire and radical responsibility, gets precise about who she serves and what she creates, and lets the aligned clients, money and invitations come to her because she stopped forcing.
**Questions to sit with after listening:**
1. Where am I at an edge I've been leaning into for months, but haven't leapt?
2. What version of me would have to shed if I let myself be fully seen?
3. Who in my life am I afraid will be confused, and what would it feel like to let them be?
4. Where am I buying strategy to avoid the inner work?
**Ready to close the gap?**
If this episode named something you've been circling, that's your sign.
Private mentorship is where I hold up the mirror while you make the leap, then stay steady beside you as the old identity unravels and the new one takes root. It's six months of deep, precise 1:1 work on your inner world and your business, so your success finally feels as alive as it looks.
